Everyday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm

 

Early deliveries or late pickup outside the hours of operation may be arranged, but may be subject to additional charges.  Check to confirm with All Fun and Games.

 

Booking and Payment Policy

 

Rental Form:

 

You will be emailed the rental form to review.  Please go over it and make sure all the information is correct, such as time, date, address and packages etc.  Don’t worry about signing to send back.  If you are satisfied with everything I’ll print a copy and bring it when I drop off or you pick up the games for you to sign.  The next step to save the date is a $50.00 deposit.

 

Damage deposit/save the date:

 

All orders require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.  For any bookings that’s a secured booking (ei: a booking that requires a deposit payment), the deposit payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE.  The deposit payment may be transferred for use for another date, provided the date is available.  The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment must be used within 60 days unless an extension is agreed to by All Fun and Games.

This $50 needs to be paid as soon as possible to reserve the games package of your choice and the Rental Total is due in full upon delivery. or when you pickup the games

Customers have sent a cheque or etransfer in the past to send the deposit and that has worked great.  Etransfers can be sent to this email address  allfunandgames123@outlook.com.  No password is needed as I have automatic deposit set up.  or you can mail cheque to 46-511 Meadowlark Blvd.  Ile Des Chenes  MB  R0A 0T1.  Cheques payable to “Kim Prevost”.   If different arrangements need to be made, we can see what works best for both the Customer and All Fun and Games.

 

Your Damage deposit return:

After the event If everything is ok with returned item in your rented party packs your damage deposit will then be returned to you.

Once we receive the deposit you will be emailed an updated invoice showing deposit and the total balance forward.

Your order is secured.

Total Balance is due upon delivery of your order.  Cheques payable to “Kim Prevost” or Please have exact cash as we may not have proper change.  Or if paying by etransfer it needs to be sent before the pickup or at the time of delivery so I know that things go through before I leave from setting up the games. When All Fun and Games comes to pick up your rented party package, we will make sure nothing is damaged and all pieces and parts are there and you will then be reimbursed your held damage deposit.

 

Stay and Supervise

 

I do offer a stay and supervise option too.  I charge $25 a hour.  I supervise the game play and make sure kids are playing things properly and help set up the games after they play them.  I’ve done a few events and also worked with school at carnivals and such and have had a great time working with them to help make everything run smoothly.

 

Delivery/pickup Information

 

Delivery is extra. $40.00 and up depending on your location.

You will be provided with a delivery window of 1 or up to 4 hours.  This will be in advance of your event, allowing adequate time for equipment to be set up.  By accepting delivery of rented units the purchaser agrees to all terms and conditions shown on this rental contract.  You must ensure that the area in which you want to play the games set up is ready for delivery.  Delivery includes drop off, set up (with an explanation of how the games work….Don’t worry if you forget there is also instruction tiles that go with each game to tell you and you quests how to play).  I come back at the agreed upon time and take down and put away everything after the party and bring home.  A lot less hassle for you, all you have to do is lightly supervise and I pretty much take care of the rest.

Your pickup window will be a 1-2 hour time  period after the scheduled end of your event. Whatever we agree upon.

All games should be returned in the same manner that they were delivered.

Please ensure that the pieces and parts are all accounted for.  We will also ensure the pieces are there when we come to pick up the games.  If any pieces are missing/stolen or broken beyond repair the deposit may be held for these charges.

 

In addition the customer is responsible for the following

 

Please take time to read the booklet that come along with each party package.  Inside each booklet you’ll find:

Games rules, description and parts page (to help you know what pieces go with each game.  The pieces will be labeled and easy to put together) and a couple of pages of other themes packages that All Fun and Games has to offer.  Also enclosed is a copy of this terms and policies.

The Customer is responsible for the safety and security of the equipment from the time of drop off until the equipment is returned or picked up by All Fun and Games.  The Customer assumes full responsibility for all the rented items, including their safe and proper use, operation, maintenance to the games or until we pick them up or you return them.  The customer is responsible for all loss, damage, or repair of said unit.  All Fun and Games reserves the right to charge an extra fee if such occurrence happens.

 

The customer agrees to waive any and all liability arising from using the games. This rental forms the sole agreement between the customer and All Fun and Games.  The customer agrees to indemnify and hold All fun and Games harmless of any claim from customer use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury and damages to person or property arising out of the customers negligence or operation including legal costs incurred of such claims.

 

Equipment and items cannot be exposed to moisture

(ie.  Rain, hail,snow)

Rain Policy

MOST of our games can be played inside if you have open space available.  I have a couple carpets I can supply for some of the bigger games(Giant Jenga) so it doesn’t damage the floor.

 

Covid-19

 

As of July 2020 we’ve had to make a few changes on how we do things.  Games will be disinfected before each use.  If the package you rent has any material or felt I will make sure that they are quarantined if they have been used by another party prior to your event.  If there is an over lap I will let you know and offer you a different game instead of the game that can’t be used.

Depending on the surroundings(inside or outside) I may or may not wear a mask and gloves when dropping off or picking up the games.  But if you would prefer that I wear them please let me know.  I want everyone to feel comfortable as possible.  I will also social distance where necessary.
